Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc: embraces responsible business initiatives and green activities
Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc presents their Responsible Business initiatives to support the local community and introduces a new experience for guests who are botanical lovers.
The Responsible Business Plan is all about giving back to the local community a s well as Mother Earth whilst aligning with all current action plans on the reduction of carbon footprint, plastic usage and more. Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc is delighted to be the first 5-star resort to showcase a Bamboo Farm, a green project which blends into the lush green landscape. The bamboo grown at Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc has a small body that is carefully taken care of by the Landscape team, after growing at the right time, it can be used as a bamboo straw.

Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc has recently introduced an exciting Botanical Discovery Journey to their guests which is guided by their professional Floriculturist to explore the 7-ha-tropical garden featuring 50 plants, 802 coconut trees, 8 bamboo bushes and more. The tour ends with a green mock tail created with handpicked ingredients from their own garden at the Azure Bar. The guided tour is at VND 200,000 nett/ guest from 15:00 to 16:00 every day. If you prefer discovering yourself, there is a Botanical Map available at the resort’s Front Desk. Whether you want to immerse yourself in the beauty of plants, watch birds, learn a new skill, or treat the kids to imaginative outdoor play, the Tropical Garden at Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc has something for everyone.


The craft of making fish sauce has been existing in this tropical island paradise of Phu Quoc for over 200 years and has gained recognition as a national intangible cultural heritage by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2021. The official launch of the Responsible Business Check In featuring locally produced Fish Sauce, Pepper Corn and Honey amongst others was held on July 3 with Mr. Nguyen Huynh Anh Khoa (representative of Huynh Khoa Fish Sauce, second left) and Mr. Tran Quang Anh (representative of Bee Farm, center) attended to by the General Manager and Directors of Finance and Food & Beverage respectively.
