Our talented culinary team at Yuchu restaurant is delighted to introduce two distinct styles of Chinese cuisines during the month of October and November.
 
- Fujian Culinary Month in October: 
 
Fujian chefs are known for their expert knife skills used in dealing with the local produce which comes from the surrounding areas in one of China’s Eight Treasure regions.
 
This month Chef Hao and his skilled brigade bring you some of the highlights which embrace the essence of Fujian cuisine. Fried rice with shrimps and dried scallops, sour and spicy fish and Fujian-style eel as well as the famous “Sa Cha” styled beef with broccoli and toasted sesame. Other local favorites include braised pork knuckles with soya, ginger and star anise as well as crispy fried tofu and salmon pies. Available for lunch and dinner during October.

- Hunan Culinary Month in November: 
 
Well known for its large and liberal use of the chili pepper, Hunanese cuisine, a close relative of Sichuan cuisine, shows a delicate balance of how to use spicing peppers to enhance and not overpower the ingredients in the dishes.
 
Steamed fish head in chili sauce, brewed beer duck, Mao's braised pork and Changde-style stewed beef with rice vermicelli are prepared by our culinary experts for lunch and dinner during the month of November.

Our talented cooking team has recreated some of the Islands classic dishes. Main course highlights feature spaghetti with grilled red mullet and Sicilian-style baked swordfish. Homemade cassata with ricotta or Cannolis filled with chocolate; caramel and pistachio are a perfect way to end your meal.

Some famous cheeses like Taleggio , Gorgoznola and Grana Padano originate from the region and are also available during Milanese culinary journey.
