In the last five years, Vietnam has been attracting more technologically-advanced and higher value-added manufacturers in industries such as power generation, automotive and consumer electronics. From the success in controlling the Covid-19 epidemic and reforming efforts, Vietnam is becoming the go to place for hi-tech giants like Microsoft/Nokia, Intel and Samsung. How about these hi-tech SME enterprises?
To uncover these concerns, Long Hau Joint Stock Company (LHC) accompanying ICHAM is pleased to announce the organization of a webinar: “Is Vietnam a High tech Manufacturing go-to destination?”.

Regarding to the main topic of the webinar, the speakers will share about investment models in High-tech manufacturing fields in Vietnam; An insight into policies, infrastructure & labor force; Different investment models in high tech industry; Supporting services to help investors be successful. In addition, a tech leader ‘s view in factory automation market sharing on local manufacturing setup and how they help strengthening local supply chains as well as opportunities and challenges.
The first speaker is Mr. Dang Van Chung - Plant Manager at Datalogic Vietnam LLC - a 100% Italian-invested company, belonging to Datalogic S.p.A. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Chung is an expert in automation and Automatic Data Capture that helps increase efficiency and quality of processes in Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics and Healthcare.
The second speaker is Ms. Huyen Nguyen - Investment Consultant of Long Hau Corporation. Ms. Huyen Nguyen has many years of experience working with businesses in the fields of High Technology, Logistics & Warehousing, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Mechanical Manufacturing,... helping businesses complete legal procedures , factory setting, construction, recruitment... especially for small and medium enterprises to start operating within 3-6 months. Huyen Nguyen is also a Board member of the Transport & Logistics Committee, of the European Business Association in Vietnam, EUROCHAM.
Mr. Pham Hoang Hai - Executive Director at Icham Vietnam will be the Moderator of the workshop. Joining the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) since 2012 as the Head of the Hanoi Office, Mr. Pham Hoang Hai - currently the Managing Director of ICHAM, has been and continues to contribute a lot to the contact of bilateral trade between Italy and Vietnam.
