As a result of the great success for our initial Four Hands Dinner in 2017, this year on 12 November, the second Michelin Star "Four Hands Dinner" is going to be hosted by two master Chefs from two diffxerent culinary cultures. This dinner following with an after party is also an extremely special occasion for us to showcase our << Chill Private Label >> caviar – wines – champagne. In the precious presence of Mr. Nicolas Delion - Export Director Asia Pacific of Champagne Taittinger; Mr. Thomas the Grix de la Salle - Wine Maker / Co-Owner Château Le Grand Verdus and Mr. David Macouin -  Export Sales Director of Kaviari Caviar.

The first talent is Special Guest – Michelin Chef Jason Tan, from the famous Corner House restaurant in the heart of Singapore Botanic Gardens. By the wide knowledge of herbs as well as the passion for French cooking technique, he has created a contemporary cuisine, much admired and well-known as “Gastro-Botanica”. Not surprisingly, Chef Jason is renowned for the one and only Singaporean One-Michelin-Star Chef with his profound dedication to the culinary world. The Corner House, accordingly, gets recognized by the MICHELIN Guide; Singapore’s Top Restaurants by Wine & Dine; ranked 17 (2016) and is still represented on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in the successive years.

In terms of this 2018 Michelin menu, it features high-class canapés and 5 courses creatively prepared by Chef Jason and Chef Dannet. Their collaboration promises to bring out an original gourmet destination in Saigon this November. Specifically, your senses will be delighted by the combination of a prestigous French brand of caviar. These black pearls are acquired from the finest fishes and harvested using the best technology. The caviar master uses sophisticated skills to refine the grains, safeguard the caviars’ maturation progress and decide their full buttery, nutty or iodine-flavored aromas. This rare delicacy from Kaviari becomes a choice of numerous Michelin starred Chefs around the world, and Chill Dining’s Chef is no exception. Its complex and acquired tastes will enhance flavors and nutrition of each dish to a new level. We have designated four caviars forthis dinner. More than that, Kaviari and Chill Dining is rolling out a special limited edition of Transmontanus caviar only for Chill’s customers.
