Attending the celebration party were Nguyen Van Hao, chairman of Grand Imperial Saigon, the owning company of Park Hyatt Saigon and Jan-Hendrik Meidinger, general manager of the hotel.
Guests were welcomed onto the Guest House and escorted on a journey to discover the essences of Park Hyatt: art, music and the finest of food and drinks.
A selected number of art pieces from the history of Park Hyatt Saigon, including antique pieces and paintings from well-known Vietnamese artists Ha Huynh My, Le Ngoc Tuong, Pham Hoang Anh and Tran Mau Loc were on display and auctioned off on a silent auction.
All proceedings were donated to support KOTO, a local social enterprise that provides positive change to the lives of street and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam.
Guests were also entertained by an A-cappella performance by resident Park Lounge singer, Bridget whose beautiful voice escorted them on their journey of discovery.
One of the highlights from the evening was two neo classical ballet performances by Thu Cuc and Pham Lich, young and talented local contemporary dancers who choreographed their solos exclusively for the anniversary event.
Guests were then welcomed on a true culinary journey around the world featuring five live stations representing the cuisine from Vietnam, Japan, the United States and with a special appearance by Chef Jean Francoise Rouquette, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome’s resident one-star Michelin chef who tailored a special menu just for the event.
