Chaovietnam: WORKSHOP ON MARCOM

Despite it was summer time, more than 100 students of hospitality in HCM City attended a workshop on Marcom in hospitality hosted by Chao Vietnam and Vietnam Is Awesome in collaboration with the Faculty of Tourism, Restaurants, Hotels of Hoa Sen University.
In addition to value practical experience as well as insights, Chef Cuong highlighted techniques and experience in building and implementing MarCom compaigns to help change the face of the tourism and hospitality industry. He shared experience of a business perspective in using many MarCom service teams for their products.
Chef Cuong also presented a dish that was quite familiar to Vietnamese but was “upgraded” to deliver a completely different flavor, making students and the whole hall very excited.
Meanwhile, Ms. Natalya Wissink updated students with a lot of useful information on how to build and operate MarCom activities on websites, social, AI, media... and showed them “the need to understand customers" to ensure the success of Marcom programmes.
Ms. Hoang Yen used the workshop as a practical MarCom platform to run the campaign, how strategy, KIPs report…
