The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Hanoi | Ho Chi Minh City | Da Nang 2024 is scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 27, at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City - the largest city in Vietnam, formerly and commonly known as Saigon.

Under a new one-night format featuring the official announcement of the MICHELIN Guide restaurant selection, plus premium cocktail reception with live stream to reach a wider audience, this prestigious and exclusive event will not only unveil the annual MICHELIN Guide selection for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang; celebrate the accomplishments of vibrant culinary communities in these 3 cities; but also serve as an opportunity for these communities to unite and inspire one another to reach new heights.

This invitation-only event will welcome more than 300 restaurant industry professionals, delegates from the MICHELIN Guide official partners, as well as local and international media representatives. At the event, the MICHELIN Guide Hanoi | Ho Chi Minh City | Da Nang 2024 selection: the MICHELIN Guide Special Awards, the MICHELIN Selected, the Bib Gourmand (only for Da Nang - the new addition to the MICHELIN Guide culinary destination list, as the Bib Gourmand selection for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be revealed ahead of the ceremony), and the much-awaited MICHELIN Stars - will be announced.
