During the 1-month promotion, guests can savor unlimited authentic dim sum created by Chef Kiên, who brings with him his expertise in and passion for Dim Sum.  “I have never imagined myself doing anything else than making Dim Sum” - shared by Chef Kiên, who had over 20 years of creating delightful dumplings.  His iconic dish from Kabin Restaurant is ‘Bamboo Charcoal Har Gow’, a whitish dumpling stuffed with springy shrimp and pork filling. Chef Kiên makes it with a twist by creating a mysterious black skin, highlighted by a dash of glittering gold.  Other flavors from Kabin restaurant include Prawn and Shiitake Mushroom Shumai, Scallops and Spinach Dumplings as well as fried items such as Prawn and Bean Curd Rolls and Shanghai Pot Stickers.  All freshly cook and serve here above the clouds, complemented with Saigon River and dynamic City Views.
